What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of FP&A Customer Success Managers and manage the team’s outputs: adoption, retention, new product/existing product expansion
  • Champion client priorities with executive leadership; collaborate and communicate with Product and Engineering colleagues to influence Client Success and Operations initiatives within the product roadmap
  • Identify business needs for growth, productivity improvement as well customer experience improvement opportunities.
  • Design customer success metrics and manage customer retention. Focus on customer success as it relates to revenue growth (renewals & upsell)
  • Continuously improve the customer journey, and develop the tools and templates to ensure the CS team employs best practices.
  • Establish customer health measurements to achieve revenue goals and assure customers are successful.

What We Need

  • 4-6+ years of experience leading finance or FP&A teams
  • A deep understanding of corporate finance work processes, with emphasis on standard reporting (P&L, cashflows, budgets, and forecasts).
  • Financial acumen and ability to lead advanced financial discussion with the senior financial team in client organizations.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and/or the sales of financial technology products and services.
  • Systems thinker, with operational and process focus and unrelenting attention-to-detail. Exhibits a high degree of initiative and analytical skills to handle and solve complex problems with minimal impact to the enterprise and the client
  • Ability to move seamlessly between being strategic, innovative, “big picture” to the finest details to ensure operational success
