- Become a User Acquisition Director at DataRails

What You'll Do

  • Lead DataRails’ user acquisition team.
  • Manage hands-on performance marketing campaigns via paid media channels such as Google, YouTube, Facebook, Capterra, etc.
  • Hire new team members, and/or agencies, to help you meet your quarterly goals.
  • Plan, manage and optimize budgets within an ROI-driven marketing strategy.
  • Create awesome creative campaigns
  • Perform on-going tests of tactics, messaging, funnels, and creatives to maximize results.
  • Find new growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales teams to ensure lead qualifications are met.

What We Need

  • Ownership mentality
  • 3+ years of hands on experience in Google ads and Facebook ads on a large scale ($50k+ monthly) - a must
  • Experience with working in B2B global companies - a must
  • 2+ years of experience in managing teams - an advantage 
  • Creative abilities and copywriting skills
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills and comfortable with large sets of data sources and numbers.
  • “Can-do” mentality, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A “work smart, play hard” mentality
