What You'll Do

  • Design, execute and own onboarding programs for AEs, SDRs and SEs to effectively expedite the ramp time and quota attainment of our Global Sales and SDRs teams.
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders to develop and execute “on the job” training on product enhancement, FP&A and competitive intelligence topics for ramped employees.  
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute “on the job” sales and soft skills training (Forecast, pipeline development and management, deal strategy and execution, negotiation, presentation skills , exec presence etc) for ramped employees using the latest and most effective sales trends.
  • Train SDRs to do exceed their goals  while partnering with the head of SDRs and sales to establish an internal mobility plan for SDRs to become AEs (or other roles)
  • Implement knowledge mgmt system and optimize the value Datarails gets from its tech stack.
  • Review and analyze pipeline and performance data with our Sales and Revenue Operations team to identify problem areas and develop programs to tackle and resolve those areas
  • Work with leadership to plan impactful Sale training and events, including annual sales kickoff to ensure that we Align, Inspire, and Educate the Sales team

What We Need

  • 3+ years of experience working in commercial, Sales Enablement or sales operation roles preferably within a high velocity, hyper growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Expert in sales methodologies (such as, but not limited to MEDDICC, Force Management, Sandler, The Challenger Sale, Fanatical Prospecting and others) that can provide coaching along the sales process that is actionable and moves the needle
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, various LMS systems , Gong, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ability to learn and deploy other GTM related Saas platforms.
  • Collaborative partner to the SVP of sales, other execs and the entire sales team that builds trust by delivering programs and curriculum that exceeds stakeholder needs and drive desired results
  • Analytical thinker, a problem solver, multitasker and a project manager that leverages data and maximizes tech stack capabilities to formulate enablement programs.
  • Bonus points: Familiarity with FP&A and finance processes, Bi and reporting; Proven track record in hiring and building a team
