Customer Success Specialist
The ideal candidate is an excel ninja with a passion for customers looking to put their customer success career on the fast track.
- Analyze and visualize large data sets quickly using the Datarails solution (In other words, generate kick-ass dashboards for our customers)
- Work closely with the Success Managers to offer technical consulting and support to ensure customer renewals and generate up-sell opportunities.
- Deliver customer training
- Technical aptitude
- Experience in support, analyst, pre-sale, post-sale or related positions.
- Excellent English (Native – Advantage)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday
- Willingness to work at least 50% US hours
