Customer Success Specialist


The ideal candidate is an excel ninja with a passion for customers looking to put their customer success career on the fast track.

Responsibilities


  • Analyze and visualize large data sets quickly using the Datarails solution (In other words, generate kick-ass dashboards for our customers)
  • Work closely with the Success Managers to offer technical consulting and support to ensure customer renewals and generate up-sell opportunities.
  • Deliver customer training


Requirements


  • Technical aptitude
  • Experience in support, analyst, pre-sale, post-sale or related positions.
  • Excellent English (Native – Advantage)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Willingness to work Monday to Friday
  • Willingness to work at least 50% US hours
