Sales Director North America


The Sales Director responsible for initiating, developing and managing sales and business activity in the territory. Accountable for managing complex continuous negotiation and sales processes which are conducted directly with decision makers in the customers organization. The Sales Director represents the company and has to build strong and good relations with customers.


Major duties & Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute an overall Territory Plan that lays the foundation for sustainable growth in the US
  • Utilize existing and extensive relationships with targeted markets to build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline
  • Detecting and initiating new sales processes and business opportunities, Including going to costumer's location to present, negotiate and sign deals
  • Maintain effective relationships with established customers, to identifying growth opportunities within the account
  • Working with internal interfaces- promoting the company's goals and the regional objectives while cooperating with the other company's interfaces and departments such as: Marketing, Customer Support, R&D, Legal, Finance, etc.


Experience requirements

  • Proven high business skills -profound understanding of the customer’s comprehensive picture, subsequently offering a Win-Win solution to needs; ability to lead complex, multi-factor, prolonged sales processes; high negotiating skills
  • Excellent interpersonal relations; ability to establish and nurture collaborations with internal and external customers over time
  • Confident conduct and demeanor and strong personal authority- the ability to be perceived by the customers as: a professional authority which is trustable and cooperative person.
  • Mother tongue level of English- ability to conduct negotiations as well as verbal and written
