Technical Account Manager (TAM)


The ideal candidate is deeply technical with great customer facing skills, and know how to successfully work as a trusted advisor to ensure the success of our customers. You will focus on back end data model and front facing dashboards and visualization as well as user training to ensure customer success.


Major duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and visualize large data sets quickly using the Datarails solution
  • Rapidly develop onboarding plans for a diverse pool of clients to best support their business, data and analytical needs
  • Work closely with the Success Managers to offer technical consulting and provide guidance to maintain and up-sell customers
  • Develop and deliver training to clients


Experience requirements

  • 3+ years of account management/client relationship./sales engineering experience
  • Relational Database and BI Experience - Advantage
  • Experience in data modeling, statistics and modeling methodologies - Advantage
  • Prior business intelligence or data visualization experience - Advantage
  • Experience with NoSQL, databases such as MongoDB or Hadoop – nice to have
  • Experience with data warehouse implementations – nice to have
  • Fluent English
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability and willingness to travel
