Technical Onboarding Specialist

Part-time (4.5 hours anytime between 14:00 - 00:00)


The ideal candidate is deeply technical with great customer facing skills, and know how to successfully work as a trusted advisor to ensure the success of our customers. You will focus on the back-end data model and the front facing dashboards and visualization as well as user training to ensure customer success. When it comes to deploying mission-critical enterprise software you are the expert.


Major duties & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to high conversion rates from pre-sales (Technical POC) to Evaluation Customer (Subscriber).
  • Responsible for conversion from Evaluation Customer to Ongoing Customer.
  • Work with Customer Success Managers (when necessary with clients themselves) to identify and understand customers pain points with their current processes and workflows.
  • Handle technical cases, questions and issues that arise during the onboarding process
  • Help improve customers' product knowledge to ensure adoption and success by frequently contributing to the Knowledge Base.
  • Create and deliver onboarding materials to improve onboarding efficiency.
  • Become a power user of DataRails product suite.


Experience requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in support/sales engineering/pre-sales/account management/client relationship
  • Advanced excel skills – MUST
  • BI or data visualization experience strongly preferred
  • Fluent English (Native English preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree
