These Website Terms of Use (the “Website Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.datarails.com, its publicly accessible pages and content, and the forms and communications made available through those pages (the “Website”). “Datarails,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Datarails Ltd. and Datarails Inc.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree to these Website Terms, please stop using the Website.
These Website Terms apply to Website visitors, including people who request a demo, register for an event, download a resource, or submit another Website form. They do not govern access to or use of the FinanceOS platform, any software product, or customer accounts. Those services are governed by the applicable agreement, order form, and product terms.

You may use the Website and its content for lawful purposes, including learning about Datarails and contacting us.
You must not interfere with the Website’s operation or security; attempt unauthorized access to any system or data; introduce malicious code; use automated means to scrape or extract Website content at scale without our prior written consent; or use the Website in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
We may restrict or suspend access to the Website if we reasonably believe it is being misused or used in violation of these Website Terms or applicable law.
2. Website Content and Intellectual Property
The Website and its text, images, design, trademarks, logos, videos, downloadable materials, and other content are owned by Datarails or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view the Website and download materials expressly made available for that purpose for your own internal, noncommercial evaluation. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or publicly display Website content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
No rights in Datarails products, software, technology, or other intellectual property are granted through these Website Terms.

Product descriptions, examples, pricing references, and availability may change and do not constitute an offer, commitment, or professional advice. Any purchase or use of Datarails products or services is subject to the applicable written agreement.

4. SMS Terms
If you affirmatively opt in to receive text messages from Datarails, including by submitting a Website form containing an SMS opt-in disclosure, you agree to receive text messages from Datarails related to your interaction with us, such as scheduling confirmations, resource links, and answers to product questions.
Message frequency varies. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing a product or service.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP.” After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you one SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us, except as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
If you want to join again, you may sign up again through the applicable SMS enrollment process.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

This Section 8 concerns the Website only and does not modify any liability terms contained in an agreement governing Datarails products or services.

The revised Website Terms will apply to Website use after they are posted.
Changes to the SMS Terms do not replace or modify any separate consent that may be required for text messaging under applicable law.
