Role mission Optimize our SDLC end-to-end so strategic initiatives with committed delivery dates land predictably, and P0/P1 issues are handled with speed and clarity. You’ll reduce bottlenecks across Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, Support, and CS, surface risks early, and keep stakeholders aligned, so we deliver business value with fewer surprises.
This position reports to the VP R&D and is part of the R&D management team.


What you will do:
● Lead projects and R&D processes through the entire SDLC (from planning to release).

● Reduce bottlenecks across functions (including Product) by mapping handoffs across Eng/Product/QA/DevOps/Support/CS and removing blockers to improve cycle time, throughput, carryover, and blocker age.

● Create visibility with data by publishing concise weekly delivery health updates (status, deltas, decisions, risks) dashboards. Provide heads-up and enablement notes for Product, Support, and CS.

● Lean agile enablement by facilitating planning/standups/reviews as needed. Tune ceremonies to be lightweight and outcome-focused. Step into the scrum master role when needed.

● Own P0/P1 bugs & strategic delivery: Single-threaded ownership of timelines, dependencies, and risks for strategic initiatives; run a fast-track protocol for P0/P1 issues (intake → triage SLAs → assignment → fix/verification → stakeholder updates)

● Lead our release process, ensuring high-quality releases on time and clear communication

Requirements:
