We are looking for a partnerships manager to grow our partnerships strategy with ERP and VARs. This role is responsible for identifying, closing, and scaling revenue-generating alliances. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, spanning both strategic enterprise collaborations and hands-on partner management. We're looking for someone deeply embedded in partnering with Netsuite and Netsuite VARs, with a proven network and commercial acumen to drive channel growth through resellers and revenue share partners.

What You’ll Do
Build and manage relationships with ERPs and resellers in North America to generate high-quality referrals and revenue opportunities
Identify, negotiate, and formalise partnerships with key Value Added Resellers for Netsuite.
Lead the full lifecycle of partnerships — from sourcing and onboarding through enablement, growth, and retention
Support internal teams aligned to and in support of the growth of Datarails partnerships
Provide guidance to and work effectively across the internal stakeholders, including AE team, solutions consulting, and customer success teams.
Become a product expert, delivering clear, tailored demos that educate partners.
Be an activation expert to quickly transition a new partner from signed to engaged and revenue-generating, ensuring the relationship starts strong and scales efficiently.
Drive measurable revenue outcomes through a variety of partner models including traditional referrals and resellers
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Product teams to co-design and execute go-to-market initiatives and joint value propositions.
Develop and execute regional co-marketing strategies including events, webinars, digital campaigns, and case studies in collaboration with partners.
