What you will do:

 

  • As a Marketing Operations Manager at Datarails, you will have a vital role in assisting our team through the process of GTM AI adoption, lead generation, processes optimization and data management.
  • Create and manage automated outbound platforms, AI caller, Hubspot, Salesforce and Salesloft integrations, lists, enrichments, reports and more.
  • Drive AI innovation to our SDR outbound department, including redesigning workflows and implementing AI-driven solutions.
  • Manage, create and monitor GTM automation tools such as Clay, Warmly, Zapier/Make and Chilipiper to build and improve marketing automation processes. 
  • Oversee Outbound SDR Funnel and automated lead generation. This includes monitoring KPIs, conversion points, SDR assignments and performance analysis. 
  • Manage the company’s Hubspot account and provide information on lead attribution and SDR analytics. 

 

Requirements:

 

  • 3-5 years in marketing operations, particularly in fast-paced B2B organizations - a must.
  • Advanced expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot preferred), Salesforce and AI tools with a focus on Outbound processes.
