What You'll Do


  • Manual testing of DataRails product
  • Handle cases until resolution for assigned customer accounts with hands-on approach
  • Demonstrate ownership over cases, tickets, championing customer feature requests and case resolution
  • Create and run tests and use case scenarios to ensure the quality of the system and its internal/external interfaces
  • Work with Customer Success teams to support the onboarding process, knowledge transfer, and the system setup, collaborate with the development teams 
  • Update and maintain our bug tracking system

What We Need

  • 1-3+ years of experience in roles such as QA/support/IT/application engineer etc.
  • Proficient with test documentation (STD and STP)
  • Experienced with managing bug life cycle, including troubleshooting and problem-solving 
  • Understanding of the entire software development life cycle
  • Technical Writing skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
