People & Talent Manager, Part-time
· Partner with the US GM and senior management to attract, retain, and engage top talent by developing and implementing effective strategies.
· Provide managerial guidance and support to US managers on all People-related areas such as employee relations, performance management, compensation, employer branding, welfare, training, and more.
· Be a trusted advisor in creating and promoting a positive and inclusive company culture that supports employee well-being and work-life balance.
· Play a vital role in Datarails' global culture development by contributing to our overall culture strategy and initiatives.
· Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and performing background and reference checks.
· Oversee US People operations, including payroll support, benefits administration, HRIS management, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 5+ years of human resources experience, including a solid experience in managing HR Operation
· Must have extensive experience Talent Acquisition, including recruiting, sourcing, background checks and onboarding processes
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Recruitment Tools (Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter)
· A strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills
· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
· Problem solving mentality and desire to consistently improve
· Experience in a fast pace start-up environment.
· The base salary range for a part-time (50%) role is an annual of 60-75K. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including prior experience, value add, and may vary from the amount above. Compensation package also includes equity and a 401(k) plan with 4% matching
