Marketing Operations Manager
- Create and manage lists, workflows, drip campaigns, landing pages, email templates, forms, pop-ups, calls-to-actions, webinars and more
- Oversee and manage marketing automation tracking, reporting, and optimization. This includes monitoring KPIs, conversion points and performance analysis.
- Own and manage the company’s Hubspot account.
- Conduct as a system administrator such as Hubspot, Salesloft, and Ringlead.
- Educating employees on the processes, best practices, and technology.
- Support essential marketing operations initiatives in HubSpot and Salesforce, SalesLoft, including lead uploads, status management, segmentation, and data cleansing.
- Maintain marketing automation integrations and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software.
- Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Experience with technical work processes and implementation - MUST
- Minimum 2 years hands-on work experience with Hubspot - MUST
- Minimum 2 years of B2B SaaS industry experience
- Ownership mentality - this is not a role for someone who’s just a task taker

- Experience with Zapier
- A strong methodical approach to executing cross-company projects
- Experience with funnel management and lead nurturing
- Quick learner, highly motivated, and team player.
- Excellent English - native speaker a strong advantage
