What You'll Do

  • In charge of creative rebranding of company's website, social media channels, and print marketing materials.
  • Understanding marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.
  • Managing and delegating responsibilities to other designers (internal/external) and providing directions.
  • Developing a compelling product/company narrative and transform it into a content strategy.
  • Contributing to the conceptualization, design direction, and development of beautiful and engaging visual art and video assets.
  • Developing creative ads to support the user acquisition campaigns.
  • Working with marketing team to ensure that the visual identity is in line with the marketing strategy.

What We Need


  • Minimum of 4 years experience in leading a team of artists in an ad agency.
  • Solid understanding of color, composition, typography and graphic and video styles.
  • Ability to research, recommend, direct, and manage appropriate vendors and artists.
  • Self-starter, able to work autonomously.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel while meeting changing deadlines and priorities.
