What You'll Do

  • Drive hiring strategies and full-cycle recruiting
  • Become a power user of Comeet, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools to drive efficiency in the recruiting process
  • Build a deep understanding of our teams and forge strong relationships with those team members and hiring managers
  • Drive accountability with internal teams to ensure a smooth, enjoyable hiring experience for candidates and interviewers alike
  • Research, identify, and develop relationships with prospective candidates through targeted research, passive outreach, industry networking, and internal sources
  • Measure and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

What We Need

  • 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or in-house setting, SaaS startup exposure a plus
  • A solution-oriented mindset – You see potential challenges as opportunities to learn and grow and apply creative solutions
  • Experience coaching hiring managers, guiding them through the whole recruiting process
  • Past exposure to working with tech startups and the ability to wear many recruiting hats
  • Ability to work in a fluid environment while staying flexible, organized, and build collaborative relationships along the way
  • You put candidate experience at the forefront of everything you do
  • Location: Remote from CA or NY
