- Become a Product Operations Manager at DataRails

What You'll Do

  • Carry out cross-organizational initiatives
  • Track the product group's KPIs / OKRs and drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee product team trainings
  • Develop business processes and standards to meet product goals 
  • Work with external vendors, manage high level integration and contract negotiations
  • Responsible for the product internal communication with the rest of the company
  • Help product managers coordinate product launches with sales and marketing
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to enables PMs to make informed decisions

What We Need

  • At least 4  years as a project manager or product manager in SaaS product organizations
  • Superior organizational, analytical and administrative skills
  • In depth understanding of product processes
  • Strong communication skills in a complex, global, cross-functional environment
  • Independent self-starter with multi-cultural experience
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to lead and deliver
  • Experience with application integrations - big advantage
  • Fluent English
  • Exceptional leadership abilities
  • Hands-on experience with Confluence, Jira, and BI tools- big advantage
