What You'll Do

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of SDRs responsible for handling both inbound leads and outbound prospecting activities.  
  • Define performance metrics to track your team and encourage constant improvement and quota attainment.
  • Hone the sales pitch, call techniques, email copy, and outreach cadences to enable SDRs to generate qualified meetings.
  • Develop department processes and methodologies that promote scalable success as the team grows.
  • Oversee usage of our sales tech-stack (SFDC, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, SalesNav, etc.), optimizing workflows and strategy to generate consistent results.
  • Mentor SDRs to enhance their professional skillset and support their career advancement at DataRails.
  • Promote an inclusive, positive, high-energy team culture where people enjoy coming to work.

What We Need

  • 1+ years in a B2B sales management role.
  • Adaptable, self-starting leader who thrives in a high-growth, constantly changing environment.
  • Consistent overachievement on individual and team sales targets.
  • Experience recruiting and training SDRs on both Inbound and Outbound prospecting methodologies.
  • Proficient with the sales tech stack (SFDC, SalesLoft/Outreach, ZoomInfo, SalesNav, etc.)
  • Strong and persuasive written and spoken English.
  • What about knowledge of latest prospecting methodologies and techniques? 
  • Location: Western US, able to cover PST, MT time zones
