As an Accounts Payable (AP) Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will work closely with the finance team to support overall financial objectives. This position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Handle accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and payment scheduling.
- Monitor accounts payable aging reports and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Communicate with vendors via phone, email, and mail to resolve billing issues.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to accounts payable activities.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts payable.
- Provide support to the finance department as needed.
Requirements
- Certified Bookkeeper type 2.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience working in accounts payable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Priority, Mesh and Dokka.
- Good English skills.
- Self-motivated with great interpersonal skills, a team player with a passion for excellent service.
- Ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in a fast-paced environment.
