What You’ll Do

  • Work as part of our customer success team to deliver data integrations into our product
  • Lead the data integration parts of the solution, with many customers/technologies
  • Work closely with Implementations & R&D on new integrations and improvements of existing integrations and processes
  • Support and assist the product support team on integration-related issues

 

Requirements

 

  • 2+ years supporting integrations with ERP, CRM, or financial systems
  • Proven track record in resolving complex sync and configuration issues by debugging and optimizing integration flow designs across ERP/CRM systems
  • 1–3+ years of iPaaS or middleware experience with platforms such as Workato, Tray I/O, MuleSoft, or similar
  • Ability to turn customer insights into product improvements. Spot patterns, advocate fixes, and drive change
  • Strong decision-making skills under uncertainty, with a knack for looking outside the box for solutions
  • Clear, confident communicator, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • 2+ years of experience using APIs and Postman to work with integrations, including interpreting and applying API documentation to authenticate and build net-new integration workflows
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language, such as JavaScript or Python
  • Curious, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset
  • Willing to lead customer calls and influence cross-functional action
