DevOps Manager

Description

We seek an experienced and passionate DevOps Manager to join and lead our innovative technology DevOps team. The successful candidate will lead and manage our DevOps team, ensuring seamless collaboration between development and operations while implementing best practices for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code.

What You'll Do

  • You will be responsible for the uptime, quality, and stability of our Azure Production environment which is distributed in 3 different geolocations (US, Canada, and Europe) 
  • Manage high-scale cloud infrastructure and services, optimizing for performance, stability, cost, and reliability.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire DevOps engineers, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
  • Collaborate across teams to align DevOps activities with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and implement best practices for infrastructure as code, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Stay current with cloud technologies, recommending enhancements for efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a hands-on DevOps manager 
  • 5+ years as a DevOps engineer
  • Vast experience with running a large-scale operation on Azure, AWS, or GCP (Azure is an advantage)
  • High analytical and troubleshooting skills (Experience with DataDog is an advantage) 
  • Advanced knowledge in networking, cloud security, and compliance (GDPR, SOC, ISO)
  • Strong experience with developing K8S-based applications
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python)
  • Experience with CI/CD best practices and tools (CirclcCI/Jenkins/Actions)
