What You'll Do

• Work as part of our customer success team to deliver data integration into our product.

• Lead the data integration aspects of the solution, working with multiple customers and technologies.

• Collaborate closely with the R&D team on new integrations and enhancements to existing ones.

• Support and assist the product support team with integration-related issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with SQL, troubleshooting, and resolving issues (syntax and others).

• Prior experience with RESTful API, using testing tools such as Postman.

• 2+ years of experience working with ETL/ELT tools - Workato or similar.

• Proven success in a consultant or customer success role.

• Experience with node.js/python is a plus.

• Knowledge of SOAP APIs is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
