Outbound SDR - US and IL Markets

Description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team in Israel. As an Outbound SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executives. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, highly driven, and eager to learn and grow within our company.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads and set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives.
  • Research and identify potential customers and key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and refine outreach strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified opportunities and meetings set.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Resilient, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve goals.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools is an advantage.
  • Native English speaker AND fluent Hebrew speaker - MUST!
